MOSCOW, May 22. Russia should build a system of tools to support companies that contribute to strengthening technological sovereignty, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“»Another important topic that I propose to discuss today is the standard of social capital of business. We agreed from the very beginning that there will be no unnecessary bureaucracy or formal reporting. On the contrary — I think this is fundamentally important — exactly what should be created a system of really working incentives and support tools for companies that make an effective contribution to strengthening technological and industrial sovereignty, create new jobs, take care of employees, implement social and environmental programs, support participants in a special military operation, improve, and sometimes build new ones, modern cities and towns,» Putin said at a meeting of the supervisory board of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
