MOSCOW, May 22Two carriages of an electric train caught fire at the Povarovo railway station in the Solnechnogorsk urban district of the Moscow region, passengers were evacuated, a representative of emergency services said.
““Preliminarily, at the Povarovo station there was a fire between cars 8 and 9,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
According to him, rescue units on duty had already left for the scene.
Later, the agency’s interlocutor clarified that the train was moving from Moscow to the Tver region.
