MOSCOW, May 24. The positions of the LDPR faction on maintaining personal income tax for the majority of citizens were included in the final recommendations of the State Duma on improving the tax system in Russia, which were sent to the government , said Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes Kaplan Panesh (LDPR).
“Our main positions have been included — the preservation of personal income tax for the majority of citizens and the possibility when considering not sharp jumps in personal income tax, but that it be flat,” Panesh said. < br />The deputy noted that the faction will finalize proposals for special taxation for migrant workers and a tax deduction for the treatment of pets.
«We will finalize these two proposals with the government; if we do not have time to see them in the bill, we will finalize them as amendments. We will defend these two points,» he said.
According to the parliamentarian, there will be no sharp changes, most citizens will remain with the current taxes.
«The focus is on fairness, so that large companies that have excess profits, excess income, so that they invest in the development of production and meet the requirements that are needed for a social state. We see this in the recommendations, this is reflected there,» Panesh emphasized .
