As the speaker of the State Duma noted, the progressive tax scale should not affect the participants of the SVO who defend Russia. In addition, it is necessary to find an opportunity to support large families, Volodin believes.
«There are a number of key principles that should form the basis of the government bill on improving the tax system. First of all, we are talking about the principle of fair taxation of citizens , creating conditions for business development and increasing the efficiency of the tax system,” the press service quotes Volodin as saying.
It is necessary to maintain the tax regime for the self-employed without changes, today there are 10 million people, and they should feel confident in the future, the speaker said State Duma.
“Another important issue is the middle class, which today is just getting on its feet. These are doctors, teachers, representatives of small businesses. They need to be helped. The main burden should fall on the rich,” concluded the State Duma speaker.
