A criminal case was opened against the organizer of BDSM parties in the Sverdlovsk region, Stanislav Slovikovsky, for insulting the religious feelings of believers (Article 148 of the Criminal Code). He himself told the publications E1.RU and URA.RU about this.
According to the man, the reason for the persecution was photographs posted in the telegram channel of the “Ark” project for organizing BDSM parties. Previously the project was called Blue Velvet.
In particular, complaints from the security forces were caused by a photo from a competition, the participants of which were encouraged to take a photo while holding a sign with their “sin” in their hands. “I was informed that ‘sin’ is a word that belongs to the church and should not be used. It turns out that the saying “Both laughter and sin” cannot be used either?” — the man said in a conversation with URA.RU.
In addition, two more images attracted the attention of law enforcement agencies. One of them showed a girl wearing a wreath, which investigators believe resembles a crown of thorns, and the second photo showed a girl in front of a metal structure that looked like a cross. As Slovikovsky clarified, according to law enforcement agencies, the girl was photographed against the backdrop of a crucifix.
This morning it became known that employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Yekaterinburg disrupted a BDSM party organized by Slovikovsky. Later, security forces searched the man's home. As he himself told local journalists, on May 27 he will have to appear for questioning.
One of the previous parties of the Slovikovsky project took place in the district House of Officers in Yekaterinburg. Later, because of this, activist Ekaterina Ipatova, who collects money for war participants in Ukraine and works as a coordinator in the Volunteer Company, complained about his project. The source of URA.RU, who told the publication about the detention of Slovikovsky, reported that “ODO he was not forgiven.»< /p>
