The Russian army attacked Kharkov with KABov — two air bombs hit a construction hypermarket, another hit to the city's central park. This was reported by the mayor of Kharkov, Igor Terekhov.
According to the head of the Kharkov region, Oleg Sinegubov, two local residents were killed, and at least 24 more people were injured. Later, the number of victims increased to 35.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky clarified that at the time of the attack there could have been more than 200 people in the hypermarket. After the impact, a strong fire started on the territory of the hypermarket — the fire covered more than 10 thousand square meters, the fire was later localized.
