Taiwan recorded 21 aircraft and 11 PLA ships near the island
Over the past 24 hours, the Taiwanese Armed Forces discovered 11 ships and 21 aircraft of the People's Liberation Army of China near the island.
“For Over the past 24 hours, 11 ships and 21 aircraft of the Chinese army were recorded,” the Taiwanese defense department noted.
The department added that the “median line” of the Taiwan Strait was crossed and 10 PLA aircraft entered the air defense identification zone.
Recall that on May 23-24, the eastern zone of the PLA combat command held joint military exercises around Taiwan.
