MOSCOW, May 27. State Duma Deputy Oleg Leonov proposed thinking about including the concept of a “swarm of drones” in legislation.
«I would suggest thinking about including either in the Air Code… the concept of a «drone swarm», both a homogeneous swarm of drones… and hierarchical swarms of drones, when drones are of different classes… so that the concept of a swarm of drones is in the legislation,» he said during a meeting of the working group on small aviation in the State Duma.
