MOSCOW, May 30. United Russia Party “nominated former Minister of Sports Oleg Matytsin to participate in the primaries as part of the by-elections to the State Duma; the corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the presidium of the party’s General Council.
“I ask you to support the decision to nominate Oleg Vasilyevich Matytsin in the Unechsky single-mandate electoral district No. 78 of the Bryansk region,” said Secretary of the General Council of the party Andrei Turchak and put the question to a vote, following which the decision to nominate was made.
