A man beat up a woman on the street in the Moscow region, Mash reports. According to the channel, the incident occurred in Putilkovo.
According to the published video footage, in the courtyard of a new building, a man with a beard and a cap strangled a woman by the neck, then dragged her along the asphalt, grabbing her dress. Several female passers-by witnessed the scene on the playground; they tried to persuade the troublemaker to stop, but were afraid to come close. A small child was also caught on video — possibly the child of the couple who had quarreled. The baby was crying and trying to run after the woman, who was being dragged along the ground by the man.
Mash writes that the tyrant ran away when he saw the police approaching. An ambulance was reportedly called for the injured woman.
