MOSCOW, June 1 Ukrainian security forces are being taken out of Kharkov and archives and personal files of employees from a number of other settlements of the Kharkov region to the western part of the country, said the head of the Russian administration of the Kharkov region, Vitaly Ganchev.
“»As for the outflow of authorities, I can say that this outflow has already occurred from the city of Kharkov and some settlements. We know that some law enforcement agencies are moving their archives and personnel files to the west. Just like “Before, they already began to remove strategic enterprises from the city of Kharkov, practically cutting out all the equipment,” Ganchev said in response to the question of how the strikes of Russian troops on military installations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkov region affect the enemy’s actions.
The Russian Armed Forces began striking the Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022 — two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to the Russian authorities, was behind the Ukrainian special services. Strikes are being carried out against energy, defense industry, military command and communications facilities throughout the country. Since then, air raid alerts have been announced every day in Ukrainian regions, sometimes throughout the country. At the same time, the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov stated that Russian troops in battles with the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not attack residential buildings and social infrastructure.
