YAKUTSK, May 31.The flood flooded 11 yards in Saskylakha, Anabar region of Yakutia, more than 30 people were evacuated, the press service of the main department of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the region reported.
As noted by the department, water levels exceeded the dangerous mark on the Anabar River in the village of Saskylakh. Bombers are working in the area. One explosion was carried out in a congestion-prone area. The population is constantly notified and informed about the current situation.
«3 temporary temporary accommodation centers with a total capacity of 104 places have been prepared and deployed. In order to protect the population, 37 people, including 13 children, have been resettled in advance. Currently, 11 courtyard areas are flooded,» the press service reported .
According to the State Emergency Service, a group of RSChS forces and assets consisting of 48 people and 15 pieces of equipment is working on the spot.
Flooding of Saskylakha and other villages of the Anabar region was previously predicted.
The spring flood in the region caused damage to the Namsky, Olekminsky and Nyurbinsky districts.
