Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday will hold a meeting with the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Russian Federation, Maria Lvova-Belova, the meeting is also important in the context of the upcoming Children's Day, press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
