YAROSLAVL, May 31. Acting appointed on Friday Governor of the Samara Region Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, during his work in the Tula Region, proved himself to be a talented leader, an energetic and responsible person, capable of implementing important tasks, said Nikolai Vorobyov, Speaker of the Tula Regional Duma.
The press service of the regional Duma reported that Nikolai Vorobyov congratulated Vyacheslav Fedorishchev on his appointment, noting that Russian President Vladimir Putin had high confidence in him. According to the speaker, this is a worthy assessment of Fedorishchev’s successful work in the team of the former governor of the Tula region, Alexei Dyumin.
«During his work in the region, Vyacheslav Andreevich proved himself to be a talented leader, an energetic and responsible person, capable of implementing important tasks. He did a lot for the development of the region's economy, the implementation of investment projects, and the successful implementation of the socio-economic development program Tula region for 2021–2026,” the press service of the regional Duma quotes Vorobyov.
The speaker noted that largely thanks to the efforts of Fedorishchev, the region became one of the five regions of Russia with the strongest economy.
“I sincerely wish Vyacheslav Andreevich Fedorishchev success in his new position and am confident that he will cope with all the tasks assigned to him and justify the trust of the President of Russia,” Vorobiev said.
Fedorishchev was appointed deputy governor of the Tula region in March 2016, in October 2018 he became the first deputy governor, and in October 2022 he became the first deputy governor of the Tula region — chairman of the government of the Tula region. On Friday, Fedorishchev was appointed acting governor of the Samara region. According to data, Fedorishchev became the youngest head of the region at the moment.
