
DONETSK, June 4 A lyceum, two apartment buildings and a number of other objects were damaged in Gorlovka as a result of shelling by Ukrainian troops, the DPR representative office in the Joint Center for Control and coordination of issues related to war crimes of Ukraine (JCCC) in the Telegram channel.
«Gorlovka settlement: Central City district: dropping an explosive object from an unmanned aerial vehicle: MBOU «Lyceum No. 4 of the city of Gorlovka» on Komsomolskaya Street,» the representative office said in a statement.
It is noted that shelling by NATO shells in the Nikitovsky district of the city damaged two apartment buildings, a transformer substation and a trolleybus contact network.
Gorlovka is located 50 kilometers north of Donetsk, the city is home to the Stirol chemical concern and coal mining enterprises. This is one of the largest populated areas of the DPR; before the start of the conflict in Donbass, the population of Gorlovka numbered more than 250 thousand people.
