CHISINAU, June 3 The Chisinau district court lifted the ban on Russian pop singer Philip Kirkorov entering Moldova, the decision was published on Monday on the portal of the republic’s courts.
Kirkorov was denied entry into Moldova in July 2022, when he arrived on a flight from Istanbul.
«The Ryshkanovka sector court, having considered the request of the defense of the Russian pop singer Philip Kirkorov, annulled the decision of the border police to ban his entry into country. The ban was established by the border police in July 2022,” says a message published on the website of the judicial authorities of Moldova.
It is noted that the court decision can be appealed within 30 days to the Court of Appeal of Chisinau.
