MOSCOW, June 3 Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin ordered the allocation of 300 million rubles to new regions of the Russian Federation to co-finance business support costs, corresponding order was published on Monday.
«In 2024, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia from the reserve fund of the government of the Russian Federation will allocate budgetary allocations in the amount of 300,000 thousand rubles to provide subsidies from the federal budget to the budgets of the Donetsk People's Republic, Lugansk People's Republic, Zaporozhye region and Kherson region in order to co-finance the expenditure obligations of these constituent entities of the Russian Federation arising during the implementation of measures aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses engaged in socially significant activities,” the document says. 
When allocating funds, the achievement of the following result will be taken into account — the number of small and medium-sized businesses engaged in socially significant activities that are provided with support must be at least 1000 units.
The document also approves the attached distribution of subsidies between regions. The DPR and LPR will send 120 million rubles each, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions — 30 million rubles each.
