The BRICS Expert Forum «The Role of BRICS in the Search for a New World Order» is taking place on June 6 at the SPIEF, the sessions are organized by the international media group «Russia Today» together with the Xinhua news agency.
«BRICS offers the countries of the world, which is the most attractive thing, to simply be themselves. No one is forcing anyone to do anything. This is just our idea — be yourself, don’t be shy about it, and we will accept it. We We will be friends with you and interact with you as you are. This is the most wonderful relationship in human relations between countries,” Kiselev said at a session of the BRICS expert forum.
From January 1, Russia became the chairman of BRICS for the coming year. It began with the accession of new members to the organization — in addition to the Russian Federation, Brazil, India, China and South Africa, it now includes Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Russia's BRICS Chairmanship is held under the motto of strengthening multilateralism for equitable global development and security. As part of its chairmanship, the Russian Federation organizes more than 200 political, economic and social events. Earlier, Pavel Knyazev, the Russian Federation's sous-sherpa in BRICS, said that Russia was expecting about 20-25 countries at the BRICS Council of Foreign Ministers in Nizhny Novgorod.
