Porn blogger Matvey Volodin, known under the nickname USSRboy, is in a temporary detention center in Dagestan. As human rights activists from the SK SOS Crisis Group write, Volodin was detained under the article on the production and distribution of pornography (Article 242 of the Criminal Code).
His status in this case is still unknown.
Yesterday evening, June 5, Volodin was supposed to be released after 10 days of arrest. However, upon leaving the detention center, the police detained him without explanation and took him away in an unknown direction. Until now, it was unknown where USSRboy was and why he was re-detained.
At the end of May, the Guys+ project reported that he disappeared while on vacation in Dagestan. Before this, he announced that he would go on a “Caucasian tour”, in which he would film porn videos on the territory of the North Caucasus Federal District.
On May 29, it became known that the Leninsky District Court of Makhachkala sentenced the blogger to ten days of arrest . A report was drawn up against him under the article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). The police claimed that Volodin swore obscenely and did not react to the comments of passers-by.
«Guys+» note that the blogger openly lives with HIV and needs constant therapy. However, since May 24, he has not been given any medications. The project, citing doctors who managed to examine Volodin, writes that he needs immediate medical attention.
