KRASNODAR, June 6The Krasnodar regional court sentenced 7 years in a maximum security colony to a school bus driver who showed and sent pornography to children, the joint press service of the courts reported region.
“»The Krasnodar Regional Court announced the verdict against a 55-year-old resident of the Uspensky district, found guilty of committing crimes under paragraph «b» of part 5 of article 132 (Violent acts of a sexual nature — ed.), part 2 of article 135 ( Depraved acts — ed.), paragraph «b» of part 3 of Article 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Illegal production and circulation of pornographic materials or objects — ed.) … The man was found guilty, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 7 years, to be served in a maximum security colony, with deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to working with children for a period of 5 years,” the report says.
It was established that the defendant, while working as a school bus driver, repeatedly showed pornographic videos to minors, and also sent to their schoolgirls via messenger.
