MOSCOW, June 7 An industrial facility caught fire in the Kyiv region, Air defense was working there at night, said the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko.
““There was a fire at one of the industrial facilities in the region,” he wrote on his page on the social network Facebook* (owned by Meta*, banned in Russia).
According to Kravchenko, the elimination of the fire continues, there are no casualties. At the same time, he stated that air defense forces were working in the region on Friday night.
At what specific facility the fire broke out, the head of the administration did not specify.
Earlier on Friday night, an announcement was made throughout Ukraine air alert.
The Russian army regularly attacks Ukrainian energy, defense industry, military command and communications facilities in response to attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on civilian targets in Russian cities.
As Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov emphasized, troops in battles with the Kyiv regime do not attack residential buildings and social infrastructure.
