MOSCOW, June 7 Decision on a possible location The Kharkov region will be hosted by the President of the Russian Federation in the new federal district; the region itself sees its future as part of Russia, the head of the Russian administration of the Kharkov region, Vitaly Ganchev, said at a press conference.
A new federal district, which will include four new regions and Crimea, will be created in the near future, Governor of the Zaporozhye region Evgeniy Balitsky said in an interview at SPIEF.
«The president will decide everything here. I can neither refute nor support Evgeniy Vitalievich Balitsky's commentary on this matter, because I do not have specific information about which lands should be included in which district… We see our future in Russian Federation, local residents should determine here,” Ganchev said.
