ST. PETERSBURG, June 7. The Mordovian company Verstakoff, which produces mobile repair shops based on Belarusian MAZ trucks, is exploring the possibility of producing repair laboratories on the KAMAZ chassis, the head of Mordovia Artem Zdunov said in an interview at the SPIEF.
The Verstakoff company, which is one of the leading manufacturers of industrial furniture and storage systems for tools and equipment, based on the Belarusian MAZ chassis, produced a unique mobile repair shop, which aroused interest among representatives of the countries of the Islamic world at the Kazan Economic Forum, Zdunov said about the project. 
«Mobile workshops based on MAZ are equipped with all the necessary modern equipment; they are used to eliminate emergencies and any repair work, for example, if equipment breaks down in the far north. Moreover, work can be carried out in any conditions and air temperatures, from -50 to +50,” Zdunov said. .
According to him, the equipment is equipped with electronics, mechanical machines, and any repairs can be made, including engines.
«We presented it at the forum «Russia — Islamic World: KazanForum 2024″, this project can be used in difficult conditions. Now we are working with the Kamaz chassis, but the first one we did with was the Belarusian MAZ», — said the head of Mordovia.
He clarified that a proposal had been received to produce such mobile complexes to order and on the Kamaz base, the issue is being studied. “The workshops here will differ only in size,” Zdunov explained.
