MOSCOW, June 7 The Tagansky Court of Moscow on Friday registered a protocol against blogger Yuri Dud* for publishing videos online without marking a foreign agent, the court reported.

“On June 7, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow registered a protocol against Dudya* under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
The protocol was drawn up for publication on the Internet without a foreign agent sign.
In the summer of 2022, the court fined Dudy* for promoting non-traditional sexual relationships among minors. He was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 6.21 of the Administrative Code, the maximum sanction for which for an individual is 200 thousand rubles. The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation included Dudya* in the register of media foreign agents on April 15, 2022.
