«No, there are no such discussions in the administration now. There are many expert discussions, you know, and many politicians are discussing this, but still I repeat once again, in substantive terms there is no such conversation,” Peskov told reporters.
The day before, the governor of the Zaporozhye region, Evgeniy Balitsky, said in an interview at SPIEF that the new federal district, which will include four new regions and Crimea will be created in the near future.
