MOSCOW, June 8 Four patients from the Kherson region, injured during shelling of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, were sent for specialized treatment to a medical institution in Crimea, the Ministry of Health of the Kherson region reported in Telegram -channel.
On the evening of June 7, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at a store in the village of Sadovoe, Kherson region. According to the latest data from the head of the region, Vladimir Saldo, 22 civilians were killed, 15 were injured, including five in very serious condition. The strike was delivered from the right bank of the Dnieper, the first by a guided projectile, the second by a HIMARS missile. The shelling of the village is being investigated as a terrorist attack, the Russian Investigative Committee previously reported.
«Four patients were sent for specialized treatment to the Republic of Crimea. The Ministry of Health of the Kherson region sent four victims from the Skadovsk Central City Hospital for specialized treatment to a medical institution in Crimea,» the message says.
It is clarified that, according to the deputy head of the regional Ministry of Health Konstantin Konovalov, the patients were accompanied by anesthesiologists and resuscitators from the Federal Center for Disaster Medicine «Yuzhny» of the Russian Ministry of Health.
