SAMARA, June 9 The driver of a rental car collided with a bus parked overnight in Samara. As a result of the accident, four people died, including three minors, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Samara Region reported on its Telegram channel.
“On June 9, at approximately 4 o’clock (3.00 Moscow time) in the Krasnoglinsky district of the city of Samara, the driver of a rented car collided with a bus parked for the night. As a result of the traffic accident, four people died, including three minor passengers in the car,” the report says regional SUSC of Russia. 
In connection with the accident, a criminal case was opened under Part 5 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles, resulting in the death of two or more persons through negligence). Criminologists and investigators went to the scene of the accident to establish all the circumstances of the crime.
The prosecutor's office of the Samara region organized its own inspection of the implementation of road safety legislation. At the scene of the incident, the work of law enforcement agencies and emergency services is coordinated by Samara Deputy Prosecutor Evgeny Moskovtsev, the regional prosecutor's office told reporters.
