SIMFEROPOL, June 10 Governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo believes that the attack by Ukrainian troops on the village of Sadovoye, Kherson region, which claimed the lives of 22 people, should be raised at the international level.
The Ukrainian army fired at a store in the village of Sadovoe, Kherson region, on the evening of June 7. 22 civilians were killed, 15 were injured, six of them in serious condition. The blow was struck from the right bank of the Dnieper. The first is a guided projectile, the second is a HIMARS missile. Mourning has been declared in the region on June 9 and 10.
““I believe that the federal authorities will raise at the international level the issue of deliberate killings of Russian civilians by Ukrainian war criminals,” said Saldo.
Kherson region is a region of Russia, located in the lower reaches of the Dnieper, washed by the Azov and Black Seas. The region became a subject of the Russian Federation following a referendum in September 2022. The Ukrainian side does not recognize its legitimacy and continues to shell the territory. Currently, 75% of the Kherson region is under Russian control, and the part on the right bank of the Dnieper, including the city of Kherson, is held by Ukrainian troops.
