At the moment, the transformed SUV of the Japanese brand is available only to Europeans; the model is offered to them exclusively as a hybrid.
The Nissan Qashqai crossover has been in its current third generation since 2021; now such a five-door is produced only in the UK and China. In April of this year, the European SUV was updated. So now in some “old world” countries, configurations and prices have been announced, dealers have opened orders. “Live” sales in Europe are promised to start before the end of June.

Restyling brought Qashqai new optics and bumpers. The SUV also gained a different radiator grille, which also included additional LED sections for running lights. A new multimedia system was installed in the cabin, plus the finishing materials were refreshed. Finally, the complex of electronic assistants has been improved.
As before, the Nissan Qashqai is offered to Europeans as a hybrid. There are several such versions, and the technology of the reform was not affected. “Simple” crossovers are mild hybrid, with a 1.3 petrol turbo-four (140 or 158 hp), a 12-volt starter-generator and a compact lithium-ion battery. Expensive options have a proprietary e-Power system: a 1.5 petrol turbo engine (157 hp) is not connected to the wheels, it works only as a generator, while the front wheels are driven by a 190-horsepower electric motor. All-wheel drive is only available for the 158-horsepower mild hybrid.

The number of trim levels and their names vary depending on the country. At the same time, in almost all “old world” markets a new design version of the N-Design is presented (the red car in the photo), its features are black glossy inserts on the outside, sills and wheel arches in body color, 20-inch wheels instead of the standard 18- or 19 -inch.

The list of equipment for the basic restyled Qashqai includes multimedia, a rear-view camera, climate control, automatic braking systems, lane keeping assist and blind spot monitoring. Rich versions include leather and Alcantara interior trim, a projection display, a virtual dashboard, heated windshield, heated and ventilated front seats (plus a massager), all-round cameras, and adaptive cruise control.

In the UK, for example, the updated Nissan Qashqai was priced at 30,135 — 38,875 pounds (about 3.4 million — 4.4 million rubles at the current exchange rate), in Germany the crossover will cost 34,140 — 49,470 euros (3.26 million — 4.7 million rubles), and in France the model will cost 34,700 — 48,300 euros (3.3 million — 4.6 million rubles).
Later, the restyled SUV should appear in other regions, although the list will be even thinner. Thus, it recently became known that Qashqai was removed from sales in South Africa, the reason being low demand. As for the Russian market, the «third» crossover did not officially reach us: the model is supplied to the Russian Federation under the parallel import scheme.
