MOSCOW, June 10 Director, artistic director of the Theater on Malaya Bronnaya and the Roman Viktyuk Theater Konstantin Bogomolov, answering a question about the meeting with the troupe of the Viktyuk Theater, told reporters that they were good We talked calmly, constructively, without incidents.
Earlier, the website of the mayor and government of Moscow reported that Konstantin Bogomolov became the artistic director of the Roman Viktyuk Theater. He will retain his current position as artistic director at the Malaya Bronnaya Theater. 
“»We talked very well, very calmly, constructively, without any incidents. Everything was purely to the point,» Bogomolov said.
The new artistic director added that the theater is working, and he is «establishing his understanding.» «You know, like in wires: before you turn some buttons on or off, you need to understand which wire goes where. This is my task now — to understand which wire in the internal life of the theater, in the mechanism of its functioning, leads where. I will be doing this in the near future,» Bogomolov noted.
He also specified that he was introduced to the troupe and the theater staff by employees of the Department of Culture. He was asked several technical questions.
«It seems to me that it is natural that when a new person joins a team, the team initially gets tense, a little scared, freezes in anticipation. I hope that I succeeded, I am sure that I succeeded in conveying this idea that there is no need to be afraid, that a new, interesting time is beginning in their lives.
