MOSCOW, June 11 State Duma at a plenary session relieved deputy Gennady Semigin from the post of chairman of the State Duma Committee on Nationalities Affairs.
Earlier, the SRZP discussed the topic of removing the head of the State Duma Committee on Nationalities Affairs Gennady Semigin from the post of co-chairman.
Also, the SRZP faction recommended the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education, Yana Lantratova, for the post of head of the State Duma Committee on National Affairs instead of Semigin as part of a rotation, party leader Sergei Mironov told reporters.
