VLADIVOSTOK, June 13 The court fined a resident of Ussuriysk in the Primorsky Territory 30 thousand rubles for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces, reports the joint press service of the region’s courts.
«»By the decision of the Ussuriysk District Court… a resident of Ussuriysk (who posted)… on her personal Internet page on her personal Internet page information aimed at discrediting the use of Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,» the message says.
According to the court, a resident of Ussuriysk committed an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation). The court took into account, as noted in the release, that the illegal actions were committed during the special operation.
The court ruling has entered into legal force.
