A Tyumen resident with two children and a dog was kicked off the bus by the conductor due to the lack of a muzzle or transportation for the animal. 72.RU writes about this.
According to Irina Kungurova, the French bulldog became ill in hot weather during a walk, and she decided to take him to the veterinary clinic by public transport. There were two stops to go.
The woman stated that the conductor greeted the passengers very hostilely and demanded that they take the dog in their arms or use a carrier, and then rudely began to kick them off the bus and shouted to the driver to stop and I didn't go any further. On the instructions of the conductor, the driver stopped the bus.
He stood for about ten minutes, it was hot there, and the dog was getting worse, so the Tyumen residents got out. At this time, it just started to rain with thunder and lightning.
The dog was eventually taken to the veterinary clinic by taxi. The woman believes that the conductor exceeded her official authority — seeing the dog’s suffering, she deliberately created a threat to his life and did not show a humane attitude towards him.
