Solnechnogorsk (Moscow region), June 14 Russian President Vladimir Putin said that success in the economy does not mean that you can “rest on your laurels”; you need to maintain the growth rate.
““But this does not mean that we should “rest on our laurels”, no, everything is developing quickly… But, I repeat, the main thing is to maintain the pace, otherwise if we “rest on our laurels”, then everything will begin to change there,” Putin said during a meeting with participants in the “Time of Heroes” project.
Putin noted that an organization far from sympathetic to Russia, the World Bank, put the Russian Federation in fourth place in the world in terms of economic volume. Thus, Russia overtook Japan.
