MOSCOW, June 14 Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the West, losing in competition, is using prohibitive barriers.
«Losing in competition, even according to the rules that the West itself wrote for itself, it uses prohibitive barriers and all types of protectionism,» Putin said at a meeting with the leadership of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
