The Blagoveshchensk City Court of the Amur Region arrested for five days and fined 35 thousand rubles local resident Tatyana Gubar, who doused a Rosselkhozbank employee with brilliant green and shouted “Glory to Ukraine!” and scolded Putin at the direction of the scammers. The decisions were published in the court database, Mediazona noted.
Gubar's administrative arrest was scheduled on June 1 — she was found guilty of petty hooliganism (Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). On June 12, the court fined her under the protocol on “discrediting” the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code).
Gubar came to the Rosselkhozbank branch on Lenin Street on May 31, it follows from the resolutions. In court, she admitted guilt and said that she received a call from a man who introduced himself as an “FSB employee” — he claimed that Rosselkhozbank employees had stolen money from Gubar that she had taken on credit.
Eyewitnesses interviewed said that the woman poured green paint not only on the employee herself, but also on her entire workplace — a chair, table, keyboard, equipment and documents.
Gubar explained that the “FSB officer” controlled her actions: he told her to buy brilliant green at the pharmacy and pour it on a bank employee in order to “detain him until the police arrived,” and forced her to shout “Glory to Ukraine!” and utter “obscene language at the president.”
According to Gubar, she “doesn’t understand how this happened.” The woman emphasized that she voted for Putin in the elections.
