MOSCOW, June 16 American Gervonta Davis knocked out compatriot Frank Martin and successfully defended the World Boxing Association (WBA) world title in the lightweight category.
The main event of the boxing evening at the MGM Grand arena in Las Vegas ended with a knockout in the eighth round.
Davis has 30 victories and no defeats. Martin's professional record is 17 wins and one defeat, which was the first in his career for an American.
