MOSCOW, June 16 The bodies of the hostage takers in the Rostov pre-trial detention center will not be handed over to relatives, and their burial place will remain a secret, said lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky.
«In accordance with Article 14.1 Part 1 of the Federal Law «On Burial and Burial Matters», the burial of persons against whom criminal prosecution in connection with their participation in terrorist activities was terminated due to their death resulting from suppression of this terrorist action is carried out in the manner established by the government of the Russian Federation. The bodies of these persons are not released for burial, and the place of their burial is not reported,” he said.
