
MOSCOW, June 17The cost of diesel fuel at the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange (SPIMEX) continued to decline on Monday, and AI-92 gasoline also fell in price, trading data shows.
Summer diesel fuel according to the territorial index of the European part of Russia during the trading session fell by 0.54%, to 60,290 rubles per ton. At the same time, it also fell in price on Friday, but over the past week it increased in price by 0.4%. 
At the same time, the AI-92 gasoline brand fell in price on Monday by 0.69% compared to Friday — to 48,833 rubles per ton. And the cost of AI-95 increased by 0.1% — to 55,488 rubles per ton. Over the past week, these brands have increased in price by 4.1% and 4.6% respectively.
The price per ton of fuel oil during the trading day rose by 1.03%, to 29,371 rubles. Jet fuel fell in price by 2.37%, to 76,623 rubles, liquefied hydrocarbon gases (LPG) — by 5.22%, to 20,273 rubles per ton.
The Russian government has suspended a temporary ban on gasoline exports until June 30, but from July 1 to August 31 the ban may continue to apply. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that the Cabinet of Ministers would make the final decision at the end of June, based on feasibility and the current situation.
At the same time, on Friday the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation announced that it was developing measures to ban the export of diesel fuel by non-producers. These include traders, oil depots and enterprises with a production capacity of less than 1 million tons per year. In October, the Russian government introduced a protective duty against resellers — 50 thousand rubles per ton.
