
MOSCOW, June 17 Outbreaks at a substation in the Western region of Rostov-on-Don occurred due to packaging film that entered the facility from a construction site, reported energy company «Rosseti Yug» in the Telegram channel.
Earlier, videos appeared on social networks with flashes in the sky, allegedly in Rostov-on-Don. 
«Comment from Rostovenergo about an outbreak at a substation in the Western region of Rostov-on-Don: a gust of wind brought packaging film from a construction site located next to the power facility onto the substation territory. As a result, a short-term shutdown occurred isolation wards, which caused a bright outbreak,» the report said.
It is clarified that there is no disruption of power supply through the Rostovenergo network. Specialists inspect the equipment.
