DUBNA (Moscow region), June 13 Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Science and Education, Dmitry Medvedev said that Russian scientists who had left were ready to return to the Russian Federation, and called for decent living and working conditions to be provided to them.
He noted that Russia is interested in the return of scientists from abroad.
«And they are ready to return, they are ready to work, but without housing, naturally, this kind of problem cannot be solved. It seems to me that we should keep this in sight,» Medvedev said during a meeting of the Council on Science and Education.
