MOSCOW, June 19 The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of the Russian Federation revealed collusion in the fuel market in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, local companies simultaneously inflated prices for gasoline and diesel fuel , the department reported.
«The FAS identified collusion in the oil products market in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug… The Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug found that Yugansknefteprodukt LLC and Nefteproductservis LLC simultaneously increased and maintained prices for AI-92 for several months , AI-95 and diesel fuel at gas stations in several municipalities in the absence of economic justification,” the message says.
«Previously, the territorial body of the service opened a case against two companies on the grounds of concluding an anti-competitive agreement,» the department adds.
«Yugansknefteproduct» and «Nefteproductservice» will be fined.
