VORONEZH, June 20 Firefighters continue to put out a fire at the Platonovskaya oil depot in the Rasskazovsky municipal district of the Tambov region after an alleged UAV attack on Thursday morning, the regional government reported on the Telegram channel.
Earlier, the governor of the region, Maxim Egorov, reported that a tank had caught fire on the territory of the Platonovskaya oil depot in the Rasskazovsky municipal district, presumably after a drone attack. According to the source, as a result of the fire, the fire spread to the second tank. According to preliminary information, an oil depot in the village of Platonovka was attacked by two drones, one was shot down. The total burning area of the two tanks reached 600 square meters.
«Extinguishing the fire at the Platonovskaya oil depot in the Rasskazovsky municipal district of the Tambov region continues, there are enough forces and means for this… Two reservoirs are currently on fire,» the regional government reported.
