MOSCOW, June 22 A powerful explosion occurred near the airport in Lutsk, Volyn region in western Ukraine, where an underground bunker, arched shelters for aircraft and two large warehouses with fuel and lubricants are located, said coordinator of the Nikolaev underground Sergei Lebedev.
«They are reporting a powerful explosion from the side of the airfield… It is known that there is a a serious underground bunker, arched shelters for aircraft and two large warehouses with fuel and lubricants,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
In addition, as informants reported, on Saturday morning, shocks were recorded at two large electrical substations in Lutsk. After which there are interruptions in light and mobile communications.
