MOSCOW, June 22 Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, IV degree, to the artistic director of the St. Petersburg Philharmonic of Jazz Music, David Goloshchekin, the corresponding decree is posted on the website official publication of legal acts.
