MOSCOW, June 22 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on a moratorium until 2026 on the forced collection of funds from state-owned enterprises in new regions for obligations arising they have before joining Russia. The corresponding document is posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
The law introduces a moratorium until January 1, 2026 on the collection of debts from such enterprises that arose before September 30, 2022 (the date of acceptance of new regions in the Russian Federation). 
Enforcement proceedings that were initiated according to the relevant documents will be completed in connection with the notification of the claimant about the impossibility of collection under the executive document. The deadline for presenting the writ of execution will be interrupted from the day the decision on termination is made on it and will be resumed from January 1, 2026, when the moratorium ends.
The law comes into force on the date of official publication.
