The Official Journal of the European Union published the text of the 14th package of sanctions against Russia (.pdf). The personal lists included pro-government musicians Yaroslav Dronov (Shaman) and Polina Gagarina, the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation, and Ramzan Kadyrov's mother Aimani, who heads it.
The Kadyrov Foundation, through which the assets of the Chechen leader's family are managed, was already under US sanctions. The EU sanctions list also includes the founder of the Russian Copper Company, Igor Altushkin, and the founder of the AEON group, Roman Trotsenko — they were also already under US sanctions.
The restrictions include the Institute for Internet Development, which distributes budget grants for pro-government content, and its director, Alexey Goreslavsky, the author of the pro-government YouTube channel Empathy Manuchi, Vyacheslav Manucharov, and the creator of Life.ru and Mash, Aram Gabrelyanov (he was included for financing the Z-channel WarGonzo).
The lists include employees of Russian law enforcement agencies, including investigators from the FSB Directorate for Crimea and Sevastopol, as well as judges of the Southern District Military Court, Igor Kostin and Igor Nadolinsky, and judges of the Appellate Military Court. They were introduced due to the persecution of Crimean Tatars in Crimea.
Among legal entities, sanctions were imposed against Ural Airlines, the Artek camp, and the Nizhny Novgorod enterprise Gidromash, which produces aircraft parts.
