He noted that the UN Charter, as a set of rules for maintaining international security and order, adopted after the end of the Second World War, must be respected and observed by the international community.
«The Russia-North Korea Treaty emphasizes that compliance with Article 51 of the UN Charter deserves confirmation. Russia and North Korea have every right to independently make decisions on signing treaties, including on military cooperation,» he said Lu Chao.
