MOSCOW, June 23 Elections of local deputies have begun councils in the Kamchatka Territory and the Omsk Region, a total of 1,208 voters will be able to participate in them, the press service of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation reports on the Telegram channel.
“1,208 voters will be able to participate in the elections, voting will last one day,” the CEC said in a statement.
The Electoral Commission of Kamchatka reports that elections of deputies to the Council of Deputies will be held in the village of Kamenskoye. There are four registered candidates from United Russia and four from self-nominated candidates.
In the Omsk region, additional elections of deputies of the fourth convocation will be held in the Council of the Bogodukhovsky rural settlement of the Pavlograd municipal district of the Omsk region in the Bogodukhovsky seven-mandate electoral district No. 1. Four candidates from United Russia are registered for them, one from the LDPR , three self-nominated candidates, notes the election commission of the Omsk region.
In total, 16 candidates are participating in the elections of deputies of local councils, 18 candidates were nominated, the press service of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation noted.
