WASHINGTON, June 26 The United States could cooperate with Russia and China in reforming the global economy if they would abandon hostile policies toward these and other countries, said Diane Sayre, an independent candidate for senator from New York.
«I do believe that if we were not so hostile to so many countries, we could happily cooperate with Russia, China, other major economic powers… in reorganizing the transatlantic system. If we do not do this and continue to introduce sanctions against people and stealing their money, then we will see what we see,” she said.
Sayre noted that some countries are already abandoning the dollar and are looking for alternative, more reliable means of trading.
«It's not because people are anti-US per se, but because they have no desire to have their economies damaged by the financial conditions we're trying to impose on them,» she said.
The agency’s interlocutor also warned of the threat of a “derivatives bubble” on the exchanges in London and New York, the volume of which she estimated at two quadrillion dollars.
